Shane Loubey is a local Colac Builder and he has been in the building industry as a builder in this region for 31 years.
He commenced his own business in 1983 and is a registered building practitioner with the Building Commission of Victoria for both domestic and commercial works.
He is a member of the Housing Industry Association and a registered Green Smart practitioner.
Shane carries full building insurance – public works and contract liability, he has completed a scaffolding course and has his own scaffold equipment.
His building projects are evident in Colac and surrounding areas including Lorne and Apollo Bay.
Shane has a small crew of his brother Tony, Marcus Dean who completed his apprenticeship with Shane in early 2009 and another qualified cabinet maker Deon O’Borne. He also has a VCAL student (Daniel) one day a week from Trinity College.
Shane has a good working relationship with many sub-trades in Colac and finds that they always meet his timelines and requirements.
